You will absolutely hate to pay so much in rent to not even be able to live comfortably in your own home if you sign a lease at this apartment complex. Friendly staff but the non-stop barking dogs is wearing on me. They bark for hours on end. Sitting in my apartment right now and instead of a quiet simple Saturday I just hear a dog constantly barking because its owners are away. Also there's way too many beeping smoke alarms you can hear from outside. Again, friendly staff but other residents that don't understand they're living in a shared community make it rough.
Just moved my mom into these. I’m very happy for her. She has had wonderful interactions with the staff so far and it feels very safe and quiet. I was very surprised with how well the units seem to be sound proof and the finishes inside are above standard, at least for her unit. On the exterior, the lush, well-maintained landscaping and ample trees make you feel serene and removed from the concrete and hustle and bustle of the busier, more congested areas of the city. My partner has lived in the complex for 6 years (myself for almost 3) and we love it here! Its a nice quiet complex with respectful neighbors. The staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept. Rent is reasonable. The maintenance guys are amazing and always willing to go above and beyond! (And they make my dog feel so special because they always give her some attention in passing. She loves her friends!)
