Showed up and krystal helped set us up into a storage of our choice! :D didnt take long at all.
Quick and easy
Horrific "customer service" (or lack thereof of) initially they entered our info wrong and we have talk to multiple employees (either don't care or piss poor training) who have assured us everything is fine now but it is not. We are then told since we are trying to pay with a representative we would be charged an additional $12, then when we explain AGAIN! To the same person they tell us they can wave the fee "1 time only" yet its been waived multiple times. Now we were just told it can no longer be waived, we have to regist... read more
