Horrific "customer service" (or lack thereof of) initially they entered our info wrong and we have talk to multiple employees (either don't care or piss poor training) who have assured us everything is fine now but it is not. We are then told since we are trying to pay with a representative we would be charged an additional $12, then when we explain AGAIN!
