I’ve been dealing with LaSalle Incorporated for two days now, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. I scheduled multiple times to meet their agent, confirmed the visits several times through messages, and even brought my assistant along — yet every time we arrived, the door was locked and nobody showed up. No respect for privacy, no upkeep done in-between renters, dryers suck, poor communication and rent keeps going up. When I moved in the door into my unit didn't lock, nor did the window in the bedroom (which also had no screen) and multiple things needed fixing. I honestly hated it here

I personally have had a pretty decent experience with La Salle Associate Realtors. I've been living in my apartment for a little over a year now, and there have been a few (both small and large problems) usually stemming down to apartment maintenance. As an example, a piece of my ceiling fell in the kitchen, and then another in my living room (one of the larger problems I've had), although they were quick to respond and assist.
