Every time management is not open, No answering. They are so rude and not professional.
This is a horrible association to live in. The only pro of living here is if you have young kids and need to live in the GBN school district. Otherwise manager Susan and board of directors are OLD SNAKES. You can't have any freedom in your own condo. Association fee is WAY overpriced. $600 per month for WHAT?!

Susan, who is manager is not available when you call. even after leaving message she will not return your call in timely manner. her attitude during phone call is worst phone call you will have and expect to have bad day for rest of the day.
