We made the trip up from Houston excited to try this place based on social media reviews, but the experience was deeply disappointing. While the wait for a table was understandable, waiting 50 minutes post-ordering while watching later arrivals get served is unacceptable. When we requested to cancel our order, the staff attempted to push the food out immediately, leaving us to pay $27 just for drinks and walk out hungry. Major letdown compared to the TikTok hype. We waited 20 minutes for a table, which was fine since it was busy, but things went downhill fast. After being seated and ordering immediately, we watched multiple tables that arrived after us get served.
