Food and service is good. Everyone has own opinion, but the tortillas taste and smell store bought.
This place has good food. The staff is usually great. The atmosphere sucks, I wonder why they even have TV's which work half the time. I only order to go. My past experience I ordered two specials clearly priced at $11.50 on the chalk board. I go to check out and ring out at over $31. I asked about the pricing and both of my orders were not the advertised special price. I have been here plenty of times with no problems and I even tip for pick up.
