The flowers were left tipped over at the end of the driveway in the Florida heat and were already brown and old-looking by the time we found them. What made the experience even worse was speaking with the owner afterward — she could not have cared less. No accountability, no concern, and no effort to make the situation right. Between the poor flower quality, careless delivery, and dismissive customer service, this was an extremely disappointing experience.

Simply wonderful. An impeccable job with excellent quality—the roses are beautiful and very creative. This design, in particular, was created by the designer, and although it was based on their vision, everything was very well chosen.
