That real estate company deserves less than ONE star. Agent Dana Adelle McCollin working for that company introduced me the worst tenant in the whole Florida market but it could have been avoided only IF Dana would have done her job correctly. I was out of town and especially counted on her to act as if I was in town but unfortunately she never met the tenant prior to give him the keys. Nice personal, they helped me to close and they were smooth the whole process
I am giving 1 star only because of my realtor who helped me tremendously and I wish he did not work for this company, he would have been better off honestly. The rest of the staff, horrible, rude. unresponsive and totally incompetent from day one. Horrible experience, that's all I have to say!!!! I don't even write reviews period but this one really deserved one. Management does not even get back to you let's just say...makes you wonder. Unbelievable!
