We hired LA Roofing in October 2024 to replace three leaky skylights. On 10/11/24, we accepted their quote, paid a 50% deposit, and were promised completion by Thanksgiving. Silence followed until I called them the day before Thanksgiving- Sam told me the job was never scheduled because there was no signature on the contract. That was the first I heard of an unsigned contract. I assumed that I signed the contract when we agreed to the job and gave them our deposit.
