Terrible!!!! Do not fall for this con-man. He is very articulate but, once he has you snared, the show is over. Not trustworthy. End of rant.
I don't often write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with La Roca, Inc. as a warning to others who may be considering their services. I contracted them to install a pool in my backyard, and after a year and a half, I am still dealing with the fallout from their subpar work. It’s coming up on 2 years and my pools still not done. I can’t believe the level of disrespect and lack of professionalism. I have 0 permits. What was done is falling apart, nothing was fully finished. Unresponsive. DO NOT USE!
La Roca constructed our new pool. As, promised Frank got the job done within record time. The process wasn’t always stress free, but what home construction project is?! I’m thankful Frank delivered, and we now have a beautiful pool our family will enjoy for years and years to come. Basic pool and flatwork started last August. No where near finished and it's almost May. Finally finished a full year later and only 13 corrections had to be made.
