I really appreciate authentic honesty. The owners are not out to over charge you. I got a simple job done that cost $14. If I would have took it somewhere else that would have took advantage of the situation and added way more than that. I went into the city and he tried to mark it up way more than these people. If you need jewelry repaired around this area , I would call Roberts jewelry first.
They've been in business for over 100 years. I would never go anywhere else in the Eastern Panhandle. Bill and Barbara are the most helpful trustworthy and patient jewelers that I've ever met!!..
