I love La Riviera pet hospital. Chelsie and Lauren are so kind and accommodating. They do their upmost best to squeeze you in for emergency services if they arise. When you walk in, they make you feel like family. They even give big hugs when needed. Dr Gavin is very kind and knowledgeable. He takes his time with your pets and makes sure that all your questions are answered. You will love it and your pet will too!!!!
VCA La Riviera is wonderful and I would highly recommend them for your pet's care! The entire staff is so kind and welcoming and you can tell immediately from the moment you get there that they really love animals and enjoy their work. We are extremely pleased with the service and professionalism they provide... and the vet - she's amazing and really knows what she's doing! Gave them a 5 star review a few years ago but the service has fallen dramatically in quality recently. I had a really hard time getting them to refill my cat’s prescription for life saving medication even though I had never had a problem before. They wanted me to pay a $100 exam fee just to get him his meds, and they knew I only had a couple days’ supply left. I understand they have policies and I would have been fine with enough notice, but there was no heads up about it despite having checked in with them about it a month ... read more
