Really good vet. lots of parking, front house staff was super friendly, techs were very quick with their work, and the vet took their time answering all the questions I had. Association with the VCA surgical center is a plus as well, that place is also great.
Gave them a 5 star review a few years ago but the service has fallen dramatically in quality recently. I had a really hard time getting them to refill my cat’s prescription for life saving medication even though I had never had a problem before. They wanted me to pay a $100 exam fee just to get him his meds, and they knew I only had a couple days’ supply left. I understand they have policies and I would have been fine with enough notice, but there was no heads up about it despite having checked in with them about it a month ... read more
