I chose La Rich as a recommendation from a co-worker. I'm going to bullet point my experience. - I have solar panels which Bill-("owner" of La Rich) had taken off in Dec of 2025 to replace the roof. I have a friend who used to do roofing who advised me that the warranty would be void if the temperature didn't remain 45 degrees for at least 3 days in a row. I’ll tell you what, I was very impressed with La Rich and the entire experience beginning with the initial phone call asking for an estimate. Bill answered the call and from there he took care of everything. He was true to his word from showing up at the set time to how long it would take to get the roof replaced. I can hardly believe they received bad reviews in the past!!! We had the best experience we ever had with our many many contractors we have hired over the past 30 plus years!!!. They were extremely professional, they went way beyond code with the "Ice and dam coverage. They protected all of our walls, windows and deck items!!
