I’ll tell you what, I was very impressed with La Rich and the entire experience beginning with the initial phone call asking for an estimate. Bill answered the call and from there he took care of everything. He was true to his word from showing up at the set time to how long it would take to get the roof replaced. I can hardly believe they received bad reviews in the past!!! We had the best experience we ever had with our many many contractors we have hired over the past 30 plus years!!!. They were extremely professional, they went way beyond code with the "Ice and dam coverage. They protected all of our walls, windows and deck items!! I had a horrible experience with a roofing company that I would like to share. I hired LA Rich Roofing Company from Plainville, which was a huge mistake on my part. The West Hartford Building Inspector failed the roof and told them in a report exactly what they needed to do to get it to pass. Bill from LA Rich yelled and screamed at me because the building inspector came to inspect the roof, he said the inspector was wrong, that he didn't know his job among other insults I won't repeat here. Very trustworthy and reliable home improvement company.
LA Rich was professional, organized, timely and clean. The crew showed up on time, prepped the area, moving any flowers or other objects that had potential to get damaged. They worked nonstop and completed the roof in one day. Once the job was done, they cleaned up and it looked like no one was ever there. Highly recommend!!
