They were a great competent facility for years. Quality had slipped over the last couple of years. Yet, I foolishly trusted them to handle a full engine change. They actually replaced the engine and transmission in one. Yet, it was defective. We brought it back and they wouldn't take care of it. It is an engine with known oil pump issues and blamed us when oil wasnt pumped into the engine. We got the engine replaced somewhere else. Then, a month later that new trnasmission has fallen apart. They have done several repairs on our multiple cars. They do good reliable work from small jobs like our washer fluid motor to larger jobs like control arms, engine and transmission repairs. Reasonably priced and trustworthy.
For over 16 years, Maria has taken care of our cars. They are honest, trustworthy, and fair. I'd recommend La Reina to anyone in need of car services.
Do not buy a car from these people they are racist and greedy. They overcharging for cheap cars. They won't work with you on payments.
