They were a great competent facility for years. Quality had slipped over the last couple of years. Yet, I foolishly trusted them to handle a full engine change. They actually replaced the engine and transmission in one. Yet, it was defective. We brought it back and they wouldn't take care of it. It is an engine with known oil pump issues and blamed us when oil wasnt pumped into the engine. We got the engine replaced somewhere else. Then, a month later that new trnasmission has fallen apart. They have done several repairs on our multiple cars. They do good reliable work from small jobs like our washer fluid motor to larger jobs like control arms, engine and transmission repairs. Reasonably priced and trustworthy.

We took my car to Firestone with a steering problem. They quoted $1700 and said that the rack & pinyon had to be replaced, power steering pump and alignment were in need of work. My brother-in-law suggested that we take the car to "his guy" in Arlington - a second opinion can't hurt! As it turned out - La Reina had to repair the front end suspension....to the tune of much less. There's nothing wrong with the rack & pinyon or the pump......
