My wife and I used to frequent this place back in the 90s quite often when we worked close by and have very fond memories of great food. We went back today for some nostalgia for my birthday. Very disappointed. The food had very little flavor. Even the salsa had a watered down taste. We asked for a refill and it was just as bad. I don't know how you can make food taste so bland. Anyway, hate to say it but that will be our last visit. It's been a good run.
The place was renewed since we last visited 13 years ago, it looks amazing, clean, cozy, quiet, the service was excellent and the food fresh and delicious. We will return.
I was looking forward to taking a break from work going to this restaurant. My waiter Steeven, seemed timid to ask me my drink order. He gave me a moment for my food order since I asked. Having my drink and my food i was good, but then my sweet tea was gone! He was at the back left of the restaurant just looking at his phone the entire time!
