The last few weeks have been absolutely excruciating watching my future daughter in law stress over where her dress is. Her wedding is one month away and this shop is not responding to her and has a lot of her money!!! So cruel!!!!
This store is a giant SCAM! Purchased my sisters dress last year and they never contacted her to let her know if it was in. After weeks of reaching out, calling and emailing, they finally answered a call and then proceeded to put her off. They refuse to show proof of ordering her dress and continued to say it was ordered. Finally spoke with Courtney and told her that we would be taking a day off from work to drive three hours to meet her at the store and figure this out. Scammers…..
Please don’t buy your dress here. My sister picked out a dress and paid 70% of the cost for the dress. She was then told the dress would be sent off for alterations. When the pickup date came around, the owner/employees responded with the dress was never ordered through them. They then said they would be open the next day and would help her to fix the issue. When she went the next day the store never opened and no one has responded to her text or calls. Please don’t make the same mistake and trust these people.
