Coming from a current renter, LQ Palms Realty /JC desert rentals has been amazing with responsiveness and timeliness with any issues reported. We reported AC trouble on Wednesday after hours and had an HVAC crew here Thursday to assess. Friday we scheduled for repair on Monday and Monday we were back on track! I’m so impressed with the speed and efficiency of LQ Palm realty and am thankful to work with them.
Love the property meld it's easy to use and what ever work needs to be done the information is there with the company who will perform the work. Also you can set a schedule datethat fits into your schedule.
