I booked an appointment online the night before because it showed availability. The next day, I got a call saying the appointment wasn’t actually available. If the times aren’t accurate, they need to fix their online booking system it’s misleading. I was still willing to make a new appointment, but the person on the phone gave horrible customer service. Worst pedicure I’ve had….maybe ever?! We came in with three people and the technicians didn’t smile or greet us, they seemed annoyed. The women scrubbed my heels (combined) for literally less than 20-30 seconds. When I bent down to feel my heals, which were still rough, she said she’d have to change me extra for callous removal. I would understand that if my feet had calluses all over them, but if she would’ve just used that stone like everyone else does for about a minute on each foot, it would’ve been gone. Do not get acrylics here and DEFINITELY do not get them removed here. They do not properly soak off acrylics (huge red flag) and will leave your nails extremely damaged.
The technician was a nice lady but she didn’t understand nor explain to me all the add ons to an advertised $39.99 pedicure. No one else would Take the time to really translate either and they were not crowded. I explained that I wanted essentially a polish change and callous removed….and they didn’t listen. They would only point to a spa package and pushed me. I continuously asked her to stop all the filing and no scrubbing because I just had a spray tan.
