We checked in to our room the moment we opened the door there was a smell. It smelled like dead fish. The tables were dusty and had finger prints all over it. The walls had stains, the freezer was dirty and microwave. They upgraded our room and the AC wasn’t working.
Went to the lobby to get a new card and The two workers were full, then 2 people in the back who worked there were doing nothing but looking at all the people down there. There was 4 people down there and 4 workers. But only 2 were working. Please work on your service.
Very clean and elegant hotels.
