Carpet was not clean. Half a pop in the fridge. Lots of renovation on the go. Bathroom clean and beds good.
After traveling for days I was woken up at 9am by housekeeping. Staff said housekeeping has no option but to do that. I would not have chosen this place knowing I’d be abruptly woken up hours before I was to leave.
*EDIT* The staff they have now are amazing! HUGE change. Friendliest and most helpful staff I've experienced. My daughter and myself were in a bad situation due to the hotel next to it, and the staff helped us out tremendously. Stayed 2 nights for doctors appointments and the morning shift and night shift were the best. Could not have been happier with customer service.We even had a confusion with the check out time, and they were so understanding. Can't be more greatful for this staff. Room was nice, as well! Very disappointed in that after staying for an entire week. Room not cleaned one single day! Even after going to front desk and even after calling to front desk. Hotel was clean and breakfast on weekends was great!
