Went to the lobby to get a new card and The two workers were full, then 2 people in the back who worked there were doing nothing but looking at all the people down there. There was 4 people down there and 4 workers. But only 2 were working. Please work on your service.
Very clean and elegant hotels.
I can forgive the place being disheveled because of renos. But in 20+ yrs of horel stays, I’ve never had such terrible breakfast service. Eggs looked disgusting, all other hot food being left in plastic while on warmers. Still over an hour left and multiple guests asking for different/fresh eggs and staff (larger older lady) was abrupt and rude. No orange, apple, and another juice out (3 of 4 empty andnot being replaced?!?)—at no point was it busy 10-ish or less people). Coundn’t have coffee as no real cream—or even milk—ava... read more
