The location is great, right near the village and 6 flags/ outlets. The room is clean. The only downside is the beds are way too soft and the shower water pressure is non existent
DO NOT BOOK YOUR ROOM HERE. 1 PERSON HAD BUGS IN HIS ROOM. THEY USED A CHEMICAL AND DIDN'T CHANGE THEIR ROOM. MY ROOM THE SINK WAS FULL AND I WAITED FOR MAINTENENCE 45 MIN. THE GUY SNAKED IT OUT FROM UNDER THE SINK. OMG. I CAME BACK AND THEY DIDN'T CLEAN THE ROOM OR BATHROOM. THE ELEVATOR IS FILTHY. THIS COULD BE A NICE PLACE WITH THE RIGHT OWNERS. JAMES MANAGER WAS VERY NICE TO ME . HE TOOK 20% BACK ON MY ROOM. THINK B4 YOU COME
We have been staying here for years without any issues. This year there was an issue due to overbooking and the owner of the hotel personally reached out to me and made sure me and my family were taken care of. I can’t thank him enough for turning lemons into lemonade and doing the right thing. True hospitality
