My husband and I traveled to Kentucky to attend our nieces birthday party and visit family. We checked in smoothly had no issues at all. We checked the bed like we always do at every hotel we have ever stayed at. Everything looked clean. We went to bed that night not thinking anything of it. Great room, clean, good price with a good breakfast and convenient location.
NOT a 3 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination! Very few guests due to weather, drive was barely plowed. Staff was less than friendly, front desk said only one person working on the property. No sheets available for couch (which is too small for a normal-sized adult body), front desk wouldn’t deliver to 2nd floor room for my 81 year old mother. TV didn’t work so had to change rooms.
