Worst room with AC smell.. may be not used for long time. Breakfast is horrible… cold eggs, nothing hot… except bagel and make your pan cakes… coffee is a big disaster. Stayed there because nothing else was available
I found this on my bedding. They didn’t even offer a refund, received management standard response. This disgusted me, now I will be stripping the linen down before I lay down my head🤨. In response to your response on 5/26/25: I notified you during my stay and via email.
Breakfast service was very poor, they probably short staffed or deliberately short staffed, 50% of the items were not available at all time, but they are very strict about their times, when kids were standing in line to make waffles(little above 9AM), their staff came and took out the batter! So much courtesy la-quinta! If you so strict about your time lines, make things available in breakfast time!
