Tania and Mari (in training) were delightful, efficient, and eager to please. The first room assigned had the large window shade lying on the bed. They then assigned us to a suite. I did can to let them know the bathroom floor had not been cleaned (hair, hair pins, plastic tags from store purchases, etc) and they offered to put us in yet another room but I declined. I recently stayed at La Quinta in Yucaipa for work. I was really impressed with the great customer service , the breakfast attendant MEREDITH was outstanding, she consistently went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a positive experience , everything she brought out was cooked perfect

After having a dealer certified "pre owned" vehicle fail its first test in my home climate I was forced to pack my gear and set off on foot in the desert sun. Initially I was headed to the most modest inn. While in route I found an oasis in the high desert. Upon arrival without reservation Cindy at the concierge desk not only gave the AAA discount (wife has my card), but also found a room already clean that was accommodating to my unique disability.
