Very comfy, everything was great. Except for a receptionist (Adriana) that was absolutely rude, with an attitude for no reason. I asked her a question and she seemed bothered. When I asked her for her name she refused to provide it. People like her should not be at front desk or in customer service. This doesn’t seem to be a concern to the manager since there is multiple reviews on the same lady.
Only complaint is that the receptionist was a little grumpy when we asked for an itemized bill. She told us to take it up with hotels.com
24hr pool and hot tub access. This place deserves a Nobel prize just for that.
