I call the hotel and made reservation for 2 nights I told the lady at the front desk it would be 1:30-2 am before I arrived she said that was fine she would be working. I arrived a at 2:02 am I got held up by a train. She told me I didn’t talk to her at 10:30 pm and my reservation was canceled she had already done the night audit I would not be able to check in until 3 pm the next day and I was being charged full price for not showing up and she didn’t care where I went there are other hotels in town I am filing a formal com... read more
From the pre-booking phase all the way until checkout days later this hotel was very above and beyond. The staff was friendly, manager helpful and recommended for price in Woodward! Thank you and we look forward to staying there again!
Not bad nice and clean has it quirks
