The lady at the front desk when we checked in last night was so friendly, helpful and very sweet! I’ve never been to a hotel where the front desk was so kind and cheerful. It was real warm and welcoming! Very quiet, clean and the breakfast was delicious!
We always stay here when we go thru woodward. Friendly stay great breakfast staff treats us like family.
I call the hotel and made reservation for 2 nights I told the lady at the front desk it would be 1:30-2 am before I arrived she said that was fine she would be working. I arrived a at 2:02 am I got held up by a train. She told me I didn’t talk to her at 10:30 pm and my reservation was canceled she had already done the night audit I would not be able to check in until 3 pm the next day and I was being charged full price for not showing up and she didn’t care where I went there are other hotels in town I am filing a formal com... read more
