This was the most expensive room of our trip. Every Wyndam hotel, (Baymont & La Quinta's) had hair in the beds. I have come to the conclusion that is not from the previousl guest but from the housekeeping staff. More than likely static from the sheets and the staff not wearing hairnets when changing sheets. When I started to call the front desk I realized the was not a phone in the room. So I had to return to the front desk and ask for the sheets to be changed. I was told every room had a phone. Had to have sheets changed lots of hair in the bed , sheets looked slept in . No phone in the room , no hookup for one , ice machine broke not fixed. Beds are way too soft . Coffee pod not for the coffee pot they had .
Typically breakfast was good. Location is great for shopping and food. Glad we stayed here
Great east check-in and check out, comfortable beds and good breakfast.
