Room 312 air conditioner was not working. Called feont desk and they brought us a fan. We were told that there were no more deluxe queen rooms available, even though there website showed 1 available. Also, not impressed with breakfast. Not much to choose from.

Don't stay here unless you are prepared for your toddler to be picking up mouse droppings all over the floors. Also management couldn't care less to fix the issue and will try to blame you for the issue. One of them stated "there's no way that's possible because we have an exterminator come twice a month". Okaaay??? Not sure how that changes what we woke up to the morning after our stay. Stay far away!! Unsanitary and a health hazard!
Our room was entirely unprepared for a party of four, and the staff's response was completely unacceptable. Specifically: Substandard Cleanliness: The room was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. Missing Essential Amenities: The bathroom lacked shampoo and body wash, and there were not enough towels for four people. Furthermore, our request for two extra pillows was entirely ignored.
