I have never been in a hotel that will lock/ cap the heat in the rooms! I hope saving however much you are saving on heat is worth loosing one of Wisconsins cheer teams to never visit this hotel company again. IT IS CURRENTLY -17F degrees in WI and the hotel heat is locked at 75F. You have a bus full of cheerleaders that are uncomfortable sleeping the night before competitions. Brought the issue to the manager and was pretty much told too bad too sad nothing we can do!
Was pretty nice and modern staff was always nice and friendly lobby was always clean Im not complaining but the room couldve been cleaned better sheets had some black marks like someone was doing eye makeup over and the floor still had some stuff on the carpet but overall I would definitely go back
Staff was unhelpful to problem we had with booking reservations will not be staying here again.
Yeah wont try and book this place again
The location was great, but the linens were filthy and so was the heating and ac unit, we had to switch rooms and when trying to get a hold of management they just ignored me. Very unhappy and probably won't be back.
