The staff here was awesome. The manager Katiee and team helped me check in after a swimming pool debaccle at another hotel and did it on short notice. ALSO, gave me a coupon for 10% off the grand canyon brewery right next to the hotel. Highly recommended.

Very nice, clean and accommodating staff. Wonderful breakfast area and food. Outside sitting area. Pool was questionable, especially the hottub, it was yellowish.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and without fail, the elevators go down every single visit. It is completely unacceptable for a hotel to continue operating under these conditions. This ongoing issue is a terrible look for the property and creates an incredibly frustrating experience for guests. More than anything, I feel deeply sorry for the staff. Having stayed "in town" in Williams before, I really wanted to find a property where the noise of trains coming and going all night long would not be a problem. This lovely property fit the bill and, indeed, was very quiet even though it is only a short ways from the downtown corridor. The rooms were very spacious and everything looked brand new. We especially liked the luggage carts provided by the property. Also appreciated was the hotel being next door to the Grand Canyon Brewing restaurant.
