The staff was nice, the room is great. The only complain is the free wifi speed is crap, to use "faster speed" need to pay? No thanks...

Family and dog friendly hotel. Not too far from the local grocery store and restaurants. Unfortunately, we arrived 1 hr. after check-out and our room was not ready. They offered a room on the first floor which we ended up taking since we were tired from a long drive. Definitely regret since it was on the 1st floor near the laundry and employee room. The manager was short tempered and yelling at guests. There was no power supply on the morning of December 27th. The manager, cheyenne Aponte, on site was very rude. She was yelling at guests, who were complaining. The guests did not get to use hot water nor electricity to get ready for sight seeing. I had to get another hotel in Flagstaff to get ready. She promised the guests that there will be a refund, but she charged the full price the night. This is terrible service.
