Cancelled my reservation for Hotter than Hell, even know I booked over six months out. Said they were over booked, not likely, probably just want to resell it at a higher priced that I reserved. Won’t be staying here ever again.
Booked a room in advance to stay over night while making a 16 hour road trip. Arrive to hotel at 11:44 pm after driving 11 hours and got told our reservation was canceled and we had not been notified! Zero stars! And useless front desk!
7/13/2026 - UPDATE: Over a year later and this owner STILL HASN'T PAID THE BILL OWED TO MY CLIENT!!! Sure would be nice if the owners pay their bills, at least the one that is owed to my client!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I made a reservation WEDNESDAY for Saturday- get my check in Friday night- complete the check in. Show up today which is Saturday and they can’t find my reservation! The girl at the front desk is absolutely no help and beyond rude. Told me they have one room available- which is a king- I reserved a double queen.
