Suite was very clean and it was a quiet stay. Staff were very friendly. Access to food was great. We’d highly recommend the Asian restaurant right next door, as they bring food to the room.
Toilet leaked, TV had a crack in it. Front desk said manager/owner (Jason) doesn't give discounts but if any it maybe 10%. No discount was given.
Nice, clean room. Beware that bathtub has no grips in bottom. I slipped and fell causing me to hit my head on the edge of the wooden shelf under the sink. Receptionist called 911. Went to Wesley west ER and received 6 staples in the back of my head. Lady at front desk said some people put the foot towel in the tub so they don’t fall! Ridiculous!
Great location. Rooms are getting a bit dated, but they were clean. Only issue is front desk staff - rude & unhelpful. Checking in was not a pleasant process.
