I used this hotel exclusively when in west palm. 90 plus days a year and no complaints
Fantastic staff, everyone was so nice and friendly.
This hotel is ok. Needs some improvements on overall cleanliness and updating the rooms. I will say that the 2 bright spots in my stay were Ewan and Vicky at the front desk. I had a mix up with reserving the wrong room and Ewan helped me fix it right away. He was super helpful and patient. I also had an incident with another guest who was approaching me and making me feel super uncomfortable. Vicky actually took action to resolve the issue and made me feel safe and valued.
It was great. Front desk people was very nice and respectful checking in and checking out. Unlike that other place across the street. La Quinta gets a 10/10 from me.
