If I could give this place a zero to write a review I would. The only plus about this place is that the housekeeping staff actually cleans it. The door entering the room is so swollen and damaged you have to kick it open and it takes two people to do so in order to enter it leave. No hot water, water pressure is but a trickle. Vanity leg broken looks like it's going to collapse. Mold on tiles in bathroom. Mold on windows. I can't believe Wyndham actually puts its name on this place. Only stay in this hotel if you want to get eaten by bed bugs! I stayed in room 203 and woke up with bed bug bites all over my body. Some on my hands, FACE, arm, lower back, and thigh (the last two not pictured because of the location.) I called and they told me to email pictures to their manager and i did. Its been a week and I have yet to hear a response from anyone. Well it was awful from the get go. Trying to check in was a nightmare. From running our card 3 times for different charges to signing multiple papers to them being told there was an upcharge. If we didn't have a baby and it wasn't already 9 pm, we would have left right then, but we stayed. Big mistake! We were eaten up with bed bugs. We have tried to speak with management and keep getting the run around. Like others said, shuttle wasn't provided.

This was the most amazing hotel experience I ever had. The young man at the front desk name was Ian, he accommodated me with everything I asked for... he went above and beyond, in every way shape and form. And I have another event to vender coming up in November, and I will stay at La Quinta againI hope Ian is on the front desk. I explained to Ian that I was a senior citizen and I had driven 5 hours to work this event. I needed to be on a first floor I needed to check-in early and I needed to have access to my car.
