First thing I would like to say is, Rosalind up at the front desk is absolutely exceptional! We got in late at night but she was so sweet and accommodating. Next the room was very clean and the bathroom is very spacious. We were only in for a couple nights but will definitely stay here if we are ever back in West Monroe. Thank you and your staff for a wonderful experience!

The room was clean and comfortable. Just what we needed on our way through. Nice breakfast, too!
The staff was very professional and nice. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was good. There were no complaints. This was the best part of our trip so far. The only noticeable thing about the room was a crack in the shower, but other than that there were no issues.
