Location is a bit far from downtown but manageable. My main complaint is this, we arrived at 12:30pm only to find out they charge $30 for “early check in”. There was literally 1 car in the entire parking lot. I’m assuming it was the desk employees car. I can understand if you’re busy but to refuse to check me in early without waiving the “early check in” fee is ridiculous. Especially when it’s obvious the entire hotel is empty. Will not be staying here again. I’d cancel if I could and book somewhere else but it’s too late.
Our.check in was quick and efficient. Alexis was so helpful and kind. The rooms.are so clean and that bed! Breakfast was great and fresh. We had a great stay. Hotel is like new. Would definitely stay again.
