The staff was amazing and personable Ramon took time to make us feel comfortable and get to know us. We will be staying here when we come back out for football games.

I tried to book for the end of August but never received a confirmation. Customer service later told me the reservation was somehow for the beginning of August—a date I wasn’t even traveling. My card was still charged, and getting help was a nightmare: chat referred me to the hotline, the hotline blamed the front desk, emails sent me back to the hotline.
