Charged for parking at check-in but did not guarantee the spot; put patron(s) in bind if returning in afternoon as hotel also permits beach guests to pay for day parking. Hotel even permitted parking in "no parking/towing enforced" zones, which made the lot a challenging maze when attempting to find a spot. Only one of two elevators worked over the weekend/busy time, and the carpet outside the room squished from a water leak. I was actually quite surprised by the quality of this hotel. I worked at the LaQuinta many years ago before the upgrades and it was NOWHERE near this nice. I commend them for the work they have done to these hotels. I loved the all glass, sliding door stand up shower. My only complaint was it was hard to shave my legs without somewhere to prop them lol. The bathroom overall was my favorite place out of the whole room. It was within reasonable walking distance to the beach, and as a plus...it smells really good in the hallway... read more

DONT COME TO THIS HOTEL. The indian lady with black hair and glasses is very rude. She was yelling at the top of her lungs for no reason at all, we wanted to pay the deposit and since we had a question she began yelling. While other guests watch. Very humiliating and disgusting customer service, mind you this is the face of the company. The first person greeting us at the door.
