Elevator not working, asked for fan and didn’t not get till the next day. Location is good. Rooms were good.
The pricepoint was perfect! Plenty of room for the six of us. The couch bed could have a better mattress and the room door latch/doorknob was messed up, but we decided not to move rooms. I'm not sure who installed the tv where it was hung, but we made do. The breakfast was yummy and the service was GREAT! We would stay here again.
We've stayed at La Quinta hotels for years - this one has really gone down hill since our last visit. There's a complete lack of maintenance starting with the elevator that's on it's last leg. It started with the desk clerk giving us keys to a room that wasn't made up. It was quickly remedied after a trip back to the front desk. The room had damage in numerous areas - paint scraped off the walls / ceiling, bathroom tiles missing. Carpets are worn out.
