Spent 2 nights there. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The buffet breakfast wasn't very appealing. Not enough luggage carts. Had to make two trips up to the 3rd floor and back down when we left.

Horrible Customer service!!! DO NOT reserve a room through a 3rd party, especially if you are checking in with kids! I reserved a room through a 3rd party and listed the the kids ages as requested. When I went to check in, after driving 11 hours, with 4 kids, I provided my ID to the ‘manager’. He ran another authorization on my associated card, and handed me my DL and CC back. My Grandson was a little hyper (8 years old and locked in a car for 11 hours, who wouldn’t be) and I turned around to tell him to calm down. When the ... read more

It's just dirty. Let's start with the good stuff. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was what you would expect. Now, the bad. The carpet throughout the entire complex is FILTHY. The windows are barely able to be seen through. The room was very stinky and musty. The shower was moldy and the tile in the bathroom, disgusting. The bathroom door was coming apart at the bottom. Light bulbs were out in the fixtures. You can see all the above in the pictures.

Convenient to attractions; could use some updates (carpet, suite furnishings); bed was very comfortable. While we did not request or need a Mobility Accessible room, we were given one. Just a FYI - while there were grab bars for the toilet and bathtub, the sink was not accessible and one would require full assistance for toilet or bath access. Also, being on the first floor, it sounded like a herd of elephants was on the second floor room above us starting around 7 am before checking out this morning at 9 am.
