I don't know where to start. I'll simply say this. I started in February blocking rooms for my conference. It was one problem after another with my guest securing their rooms at the rate quoted. Questioning why one of my guests was kicked out of her room that she had confirmation until Sunday. I had to book her a room in PEARL, MS. THIS PART BLOW MY MIND. After my first night of the conference, I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 or so ONLY to find I had NO ROOM after it was paid for and confirmed check-in. The front desk person... read more

I made a reservation. The hotel refused to allow me to check-in. They had a room. I had a confirmation number. The room was prepaid. Still they refused to allow me to check-in. They stole my money. I've called for the manager and they never returned my call. I called the police and they said it was civil matter so I'd have to return to Mississippi and file a lawsuit. The only reason I can fathom is that we have a service dog. So in addition to theft this is an ADA issue as well. Criminals.
