Terrible customer service. I Booked online and had a confirmation number and they told me they didn’t have a room available. They said someone should have called me, but they didn’t. When I expressed aggravation she got rude.

I used to stay at this LaQuinta a lot years ago when traveling from Georgia to Texas and it was fine, but no more! DO NOT stay here. It’s run down, dingy and the beds are hard as a brick. The sheets and blanket are Polyester and incredibly hot to sleep under. The room looked like it had been “touched up” but not cleaned from the previous customers stay. The staff were polite and curious and nice, but oblivious. We arrived to a friendly receptionist who checked us in. Things appeared to be clean. We got to our room again clean, climbed into bed exhausted to the most itchy rough sheets I’ve ever experienced 🤨 disappointed but too tired to even be frustrated I tried to sleep. This was in a perfect spot for my family to get off the road. Olivia was amazing at check in and very friendly. They are very dog friendly and he loved the hotel.
