This place is very run down. The carpet is stained and ripped. The furniture is stained and disgusting looking. The shower didn't drain and the shower head leaked and had poor pressure. The pool was dirty had visible dirt built up on the stairs and it was slightly green tinted water. The jacuzzi was not as warm as I would've liked. The water from the shower was actually hotter than the jacuzzi. The room was very not sound proof in the least bit. This hotel is super average, it is just about everything you would expect. I am giving 1 star (because I can't give 0) because we found a used condom in our room. This is not only disgusting, but it is also a bio-hazard and easily as dangerous as finding a used needle. It is concerning that they put this little effort into cleaning the rooms. I would not stay here again.

I politely inquired at the front desk about replacing the flat and soiled pillows, but unfortunately, none were available, even after explaining my two-night stay. Therefore, I had to purchase my own pillows, as the bed sheets were also stained. The beds, advertised as queen-size, seemed smaller, perhaps full-size, and were quite firm and uncomfortable, with noticeable springs. The suites were smaller than expected, and the lamps were dusty. All the staff were nice. No problem with the people. Every time I came back to the motel, the room cards wouldn't work. You have to go to the front desk to get the card reprogrammed. Usually, there were other people doing the same thing. Many in our group had to do it. I believe 4 times for me. I've never had to do that with any other hotels cards. It's a safety issue when all you have to do is go to the desk and spit out a room number and they reprogram your card. What if someone gave a different number intentionally? 1. Ro... read more
