Great hotel, very clean, very personable staff. Pool open 24 hours. Reasonable price.
This is by far the best Laquinta we've stayed at. We often know the brand is reliably nice, but the trinidad Laquinta is exceptional. Congratulations to the owners.
The staff overall was nice and welcoming and the hotel beautiful. However, there are some major operational issues that left me shocked. Someone else in the room upon check in, cards deactivated, someone checking me out a day early while I slept and room service barged in through the locks, waking me up and started laughing when I was asking why they were in my room and that I didn’t check out until the next day. There’s good here and I hope there’s operational changes so this doesn’t happen if I make it back.
Great location near the interstate.
