Breakfast is very cheap overall the place has gone down
At approximately 3:00 AM, I attempted to exit through the main lobby doors, only to find them locked. I was told I would need to walk all the way around the building to reach my car, despite the fact that my vehicle was parked directly outside those doors. It is currently 39° and freezing, and having to walk the entire perimeter of the hotel in those conditions was a significant inconvenience and frankly unnecessary. First, when I checked into the hotel I was told they sold my room and overbooked by mistake. I had to downgrade my room and was only offered 10% discount for a smaller room (which costs less than the larger room I purchased anyways) when I questioned it STEPHANIE said it was already generous enough which I disagreed and asked for her managers contact info.
