Roaches were EVERYWHERE! On the beds, counters, microwave, and even inside of the refrigerator. The photos don’t do the experience justice but If anyone from the company is interested, I also have live videos. Google will only let me upload photos. Checked in. Left for a night event, came back at 3am to discover Roaches were everywhere in my room. Please See attached videos. I want to write an excellent review of this hotel. We recently stayed here with a group of students and received great customer service. I am especially grateful for the help we received from Kim who was managing the front desk. She was patient and helpful and made for a smooth and easy check in and check-out experience.
