This Hotel is absolutely incredible! The owner of the hotel takes amazing care of this property. Thank you for being the best Hotel in Texas City, we will stay here everytime we are in town. The building and staff are amazing, and perfect location.
Cero de calificación. El peor lugar donde hemos llegado. No había nadie en recepción, tardó mas de 10 minutos. Mandé al corporativo mi opinion/queja de servicio, nadie a contestado. La manager grosera. Ya teníamos pagadas 2 noches, nos llamó el siguiente día para hacerme bajar a significa out y entregar llaves, teníamos que mostrar tarjeta de crédito y obtener llave nueva o nos cargaría otra noche, y las llaves no funcionarían mas. The rooms smell extremely bad like Dog urine or possibly mold. I was told that ownership changed months ago and they have not brought in any management when I asked to speak with a manager. Felt really yucky.
The young girl at the front was so sweet up and put up with me complaining.
