I was double charged for my stay I've been in contact with the location and they will and they will not refund me my money!
The lady who works the front desk at nights was amazing and very friendly. She definately made the stay worth while the only reason I said 4 star for room was the blinds to keep all light out were missing otherwise great experience.
Yes Houston is humid! My 4th floor room was a bit muggy but that's what the AC is for, after a few hours it was chilled. Location was great and service friendly and outstanding
No room cleaning service for 4 nights of our 5 night stay. We begged towels and toilet paper off of passing carts. Desk phone is always busy. No one is manning front desk. No response to front desk service bell at 8AM. One of two guest clothes washing machines is broken. No laundry soap for sale on the property. Nearest store for soap is a block away.
