We thought the room was fine. However, we didn't like the service we got. We asked for another set of towels for our party of 3. We called the front desk. We were told that each room is only supplied 2 sets of towels. If we wanted another set, we would need to bring our used towels to the lobby to exchange which we did. Never again. We had booked for 4 nights, left after one. The bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor. And the pool was lime green.

I had booked online and paid for a room. I got there and they were insisting I had not paid. I ended up having to call two 800 numbers while I was there trying to check in because they were insisting I was wrong. However, they would not listen to a word I said. Had they listened to my situation, they would’ve been able to find my paid for reservation in their system and saved a bunch of stress and hassle.
