I hated this hotel and I typically love and trust La quintas. The rooms are EXTREMELY wet. The beds are wet, the pillows are wet, the floors are wet. If I could’ve packed up and left at 11:30pm, I would’ve but I had a 2 year old who was exhausted. I have stayed at so many La quintas, and this was the worst by far.
The Rooms were good and clean, but the breakfast on Friday morning (was supposed to be from 6 to 9). I got down stairs at 8:25 and all the eggs and sausage was gone. As more people showed up I asked the person at the front desk, as there wasn't anyone in the breakfast area. He said that since breakfast was over at 9 and it was 8:30, it took 45 minutes to prepare a fresh batch of eggs. That was it, he didn't say I'm sorry or anything else. So I informed the other people. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re planning on staying there with 4+ ppl ; we were locked out of our hotel due to room-key malfunctions and had to be moved to a smaller room because their hot water didn’t work in the room we booked. Stains on the walls and constantly having to go to front desk for towels and request cleaning
