When I entered the lobby, I noticed they had all their trophies for excellence on display; I also noticed that all the dates on those trophies were from several years ago. There's a reason for that; the property is not being maintained as it should be. At first glance, it's a clean, modern hotel; then, I began to notice the broken things. Room wasn't clean, we had a pet friendly room that needed cleaned a lot better than it was. I was quoted $353.35 for Friday-Sunday, after tax, I was charged $456+ evidently they charge a $50 refundable fee, not sure why since there's nothing in the room but standard empty fridge, bed and couch. Had to sign a paper saying, housekeeping needed to clean room daily since it was a pet friendly room, never seen nor did anyone ever come and clean.
