I do not stay at LaQuinta with the expectation of a 5 star experience but I do expect my room to be clean and the property to not be disgusting and for employees to care at least a little bit. This stay was by far my worst hotel experience ever. I've been traveling for work for years and I regularly stay with la Quinta because its affordable and the pet policy is simple and affordable. Place was dirty it’s pet friendly alright with roaches but it’s crazy how My Dog got ticks and flees there to the point where I might have to get her vaccinated it’s that bad. breakfast was lame and unbearable for me small tight spot

Absolutely horrid customer service on arrival, high smell of weed from people just hanging around front of property which is definitely a safety issue, bathtub faucet is horrid and old, bathtub drain water wont go down you are standing in dirty water, neither outside bathroom sink drain water wont go down without having to put your hand in mucky water to pull up indie piece which is filthy, towels were filthy with spots all over , tub has spots all over , mold on room ceiling, elevator inside smells weird, room door is very ... read more
