Staff was nice and fast and everything was clean
Kenny was amazing wonderful and very helpful and respectful
Worst hotel experience. None of the amenities worked, the manager Kenny was incredibly rude and lied to our booking agent. I called ahead to make sure the hot tub worked, it didn’t, was pumping cold water out the jets. The tv in our room didn’t work. The bathroom leaked and wouldn’t hold water, the shower head squealed like a hawk. The room phone wasn’t connected to anything and had no cords in it at all, just a paperweight essentially. Edit: They cleaned shower mold up, removed photos.. will remove bacteria photos in ice machines if they clean them. I went looking at the ice machines on every floor. They’re filled with bacteria. Do not use them.
