Hotel is beautiful, great location. But the lady that works the desk during the day is the reason I will never come back to this hotel. And my family stays often. She is so rude and disrespectful. Yelling at guests across the breakfast area. Wearing the most non professional shoes. This hotel would be perfect if she was not an employee. Why hasn’t management done anything about this? I PACKED UP AND RAN FROM THIS PLACE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!!! Was booked here by my company. The housekeeper saw when I left daily and lingered around my door until I left. Knocked while I was in there and asked if I needed service… I said no and put the DND sign on my door. Come back from work exhausted and to my surprise my door was propped open. Right by the off ramp. There were many options to choose to eat at. My favorite part was the pool was so stunning I loved the lights I just wished it was warmer

Where do I begin? For what it’s worth, the housekeeping staff was very professional! I have never been to an establishment where they actually had concern for your comfort. The manager, Heather, went above and beyond to ensure we had a very pleasant experience. As long as she’s there, I’ll be coming back regularly! Pillows need an upgrade but otherwise no complaints from me! Bravo, LaQuinta! Very impressive!
