I asked for a one time favor. My son needed to check in early at 10:00 AM. I left a voice message to the Manager to allow him to check in early. He never called me back. The only way to do this was to pay 50% of the room plus taxes. This was an abuse. I have been a customer of this hotel for years and I will reconsider to stay again at his hotel.
The rooms are not noise reducing, but when there was an issue the staff was right on it.

My experience in this hotel was the nastiest experience I ever had in any hotel ever. The condition of the room was deplorable, the hallways were always dirty and so was the elevator and the pool, I understand the hotel is under construction, but I was there for almost a week and the floors and elevators were always dirty. the staff was very nasty to me, they were not professional at all, they treated me like I wasn’t even a guest, every time I’d ask for any type of service or help they’d give me a very nasty attitude.
