We stay at the hotel frequently and have always had good service. The rooms are decently clean, but not anything to write home about. The location is convenient to the things we do in Springfield. My biggest complaint is the overwhelming smell of marijuana. It was so bad today that we left earlier than expected because it was giving me a headache. The breakfast is questionable. I wouldn't recommend anything beyond the waffle.
check in was fine, the girl was friendly. however the room was kind of gross. smelled weird and the shower was pretty dirty, toilet seat was stained. shower curtain had what looked like blood or rust stains, sheets were stained as well. the room just felt dirty. however the ac worked excellent and nobody bothered me. nobody was at the desk for check out. i rang the bell multiple times but nobody came. i dropped off my keys in the key return and am praying that was the protocol
