Nice hotel with friendly staff and excellent service. Unfortunately there are a lot of homeless people hanging around the vicinity.

The hotel is great but services are bad !They serve you based on how you look,making fun of you and making everything too complicated!They were not nice! Hali get us stuck in leasing for like and hours!really bad service
Our flight from Orlando to Dallas was delayed due to weather and we notified the hotel that we might not make the flight to Spokane. They were not understanding. They didn't even offer a voucher for a different night stay. They were rude and short with us on the phone. We will never stay here. There's a reason why an Airbnb is better than a hotel. This place is a shiny example of how poor customer service can lead to a guest never returning.
