El hotel es bueno, para su precio, tiene habitaciones buenas, pero el servicio que te ofrecen es pésimo! En recepción te tratan como si pudieran retenerte el tiempo que deseen, el depósito que haces no te lo devuelven o buscan cualquier excusa para quitarte dinero, honestamente no vale la pena gastar dinero aquí si al final te terminan bajando 100 dolares más.
Great access to the beach. Very friendly counter staff. Only issue was an odd smell in the hallway outside our room, mold on the bathroom ceiling, and mattresses that are definitely showing their age.
Horrible hotel they didn’t clean my room offered but only took trash didn’t change linen this is a place next to the beach so sand everywhere and muddy. Power outage no electricity had to pack in the dark coming down the 3rd floor my 11 year old tripped luggage and everything on last step because it was dark in the stairwell. No notice posted about foreseen outages they said it was scheduled but I was never notified to me in any form or posted in the hotel no where unacceptable and the tv remote didn’t work they said that wa... read more
We loved our stay here! The only complaint I have is that the a/c unit was coming off of the wall with wires exposed behind it. So with anybody staying with small children it would definitely be a safety concern. Other than that all of the staff were very friendly and the views of the ocean were amazing!
