The location, is decent , the lobby is clean, the breakfast is actually good! Free Cofee,Tea & hot chocolate. However, Customer service wasn’t the best (certain shifts) had issue with bathroom clogging, area full of ANTS complained to staff was moved two another room after this being my last night! Two nights dealing with Ants mind you I had to pay $25 a night for pet fee meanwhile the place is up to par with bugs & ants. Both rooms need to be cleaned & updated properly! Worst hotel experience! Can someone please tell me why we were charged 3 different amounts for the same room for a 3 day stay? And why did it cost more than the price listed online? Trash everywhere around the property! No appropriate shower curtain. Had to prop open the bathtub drain since it would not stay open. Not exactly the best of facility management. And our room doubled in cost over a 3 day stay? Shame on you!
