Do not make reservations here. AND, I would say, don't even stay here!! We had reservations for months before our check in date, and after an 8hr drive we get told our reservations were canceled! When we asked why, they had no real explanation whatsoever. Just a "sorry for your luck." We asked if we could just book a new room and were told they couldn't do that either! So, we're 1,000 miles from home, two dogs, and nowhere to go. Disgusting to say the least.
All I can say is. If you need a room. This place should be your last resort. Nothing special. No discount,no customer service, no expectations. Go to sleep get up and leave.
Rooms smelled, trash, used panty hoes, and not clean, pool was down and the gym was down.
Wi-fi went out for hours! Ice machine was non existent on the 2nd floor and the A/C leaked. The only good thing was the price we paid because we reserved it 6mon in advance 🤣
