Lascelles communicated with us 2 hours before our Stay until we checked in. Easy check in even though at time of check in tour bus arrives same time but clerk was quick in moving line ahead of me he was efficient, kudos to clerk last evening @ true asset to this Hotel very pleasant man. Room was clean received walk in shower as requested for handicap spouse. Missing one towel set for 4 guests so yes I can Dock service but perhaps Hotel Management will take HEED and tell Housekeeping to pay better attention two queens typical... read more
Room was totally fine but I was shocked to see disposable cutlery and paper plates at the breakfast. What an insane amount of waste every day. Unbelievable. Won't come back
Dropping the kiddo at college, perfect spot 5 min from dorms and shopping.Room clean breakfast all sorts
