Easy Peezy and a really helpful staff
3 nights here and they did not clean the room any day, told manager the tv was not working he said he would help me, that was at 6pm the next day came and he never show up
I spent a couple evenings here for a work trip. It's the known quantity of a Holiday Inn Express. Typical room, typical breakfast and the such. The front desk staff was awesome and very accommodating in giving me recommendations on places to eat nearby. The only negative I can give is clearly it was an old hotel that had been renovated a few times and it showed. Particularly the creaky old elevator.
