Newly built and very clean. Great breakfast and super friendly front desk staff. Bed slept great but the only complaint I have is this place price gouges through the roof!! I needed to extend my stay by one(1) night with my work and instead of giving me the rate that I paid previously, they upped the price by 400%!! I’m a diamond member but that doesn’t matter to the owners!! Needless to say, I checked out and went down the road a couple miles to another chain hotel and saved 200.00 for the night.
This was the perfect hotel for a one night stay. The hotel staff was amazing! We had an issue getting our door open and Cedric from the front desk was both friendly and helpful. We also manage over a dozen food allergies and Callie at breakfast had food labels ready for us to read to be safe. Our kids loved the pool! It was warm enough to swim in with plenty of seating around it. If you are traveling with a larger group- know that the pool and pool area is a bit small. Beautiful clean hotel and surrounding property. Absolutely no complaints.
I never leave good or bad reviews because really what good does it do? But my experience with this hotel was so bad I’m just choosing to vent at this point. First of all, the first room they gave me I walk in and see stains on the bedding. Instead of calling down I go down to get the sheets and things to change myself and the guy goes “if I were u I wouldn’t change nothing I’d just get another room”.
